"Nutrition and metabolism"

We started this week a new Unit "Nutrition and metabolism". The animation: organs of digestion illustrates the organs of the digestive system and the path and digestion of food in the digestive tract.

    This now monthly journal has a 30-year history of publishing, first as the Canadian Journal of Sport Sciences, and later as the Canadian Journal of http://www.trimnutrition.com Applied Physiology. It publishes original research articles, reviews, and commentaries, focussing on the application of physiology, nutrition, and metabolism to the study of human health, physical activity, and fitness.
